ACUS can line these tanks. We have 25 years' experience in water. Ask for no leaks NIGEL. WHY? Well a tank failure can cause thousands of dollars in damaged paint and fittings, and in other cases occupancy cannot occur until the tanks are fully operational. 

ACUS are ENGINEERS and we provide the complete service of water proofing the concrete tanks in your building or making square tanks to suit your building or footprint. We will line your concrete tanks or we can build using our patented square tank a complete tank system for you. With these tanks the tank can have a walkway around the outside for maintenance.

ACUS do not use paint as the tanks concrete moves and cracks the paint (product) this causing leaks in your very valuable building. This also causes OHS problems as someone may slip on the leaking water.

Fire and water tanks water proofing. ACUS Provide Engineering and design and supply and installation. ACUS ENGINEER will design a full repair and sealing of the tank. After receiving architect drawings and hydraulic drawings or site measurement and inspection.

ACUS provide:

1. Liners inside tanks and piping to 200mm outside tank.
2. Roll groove pipe fittings.
3. Builder will supply the concrete tanks. ACUS will then Engineer the job so you can relax and know that you have a quality water system.
4. ACUS will mark out pipe fittings : Overflow , Inlet, Outlet etc,
5. ACUS Make piping. Galvanised steel.
6. ACUS Make liner
7. ACUS Make Geofabric under lining (sewn or welded).
8. No one can enter tanks especially plumber after ACUS receive the tank to install the liner.
9. The Builder then provides valves and connects to the ACUS piping stubs. This is done by the plumber or fire piping installers to the ACUS tank piping.
10. Builders PLEASE we ask that you get ACUS to do the tanks early on in the project so tanks can be tested prior to any building painting etc. This is very important as plumber and fire need water to use etc.
11. ACUS can supply fire pumps as well. This is very important method as builders have had failures due to bad installs, and its cost them a fortune.
